CREATIVE DESIGN

Created eLearning modules for use across 26 companies both domestically and internationally using the ADDIE model and sound instructional theory for over twelve years. Incorporated micro-learning, gamification, self-discovery, blended learning, and flipped classrooms for instructional videos, work instructions, job aids, videography,  participant guides, interactive guides, CBTs, and ILTs. Personally designed, developed, instituted, and evaluated over 230 Storyline and Captivate courses.
