DOCUMENTS
As a passionate and motivated professional, I’m constantly striving to improve my techniques, expand my skillsets, and find new opportunities to grow. Each of my projects - both solo and collaborative - have provided this growth and allowed me to establish myself within this competitive industry.
The below documents are samples of my written work that have helped supplement or take place of CBTs or video training. It is interesting to note that many of the designs are completely original in function and came about purely due to their unique need. I love to innovate works in this way because I am a firm believer that there is always room for improvement- especially when tailoring to a specific/unique target audience with nonstandard material.

The media links within the below documents will not work unless connected to the housing intranet system. This makes the training controlled internally, protected, and easily updated without PDF adjustment.
TRAINING PLANNER & CHECKLIST
I created this document as a tool for IDs to help walk through the ADDIE process, making it easy to ask and record the right questions. This document helps IDs work through the Training Need, Gap Analysis, Task Analysis, SMART Objectives, Topic Outline, Storyboard, Design Elements, Assessments, and Sign Offs.
Note: This is an Excel document with VBA coding that needs to be download and unblocked to function fully. Directions are on the first sheet of the file.
LESSON PLAN
I'm constantly creating lesson plans to add to my ESL courses. Here is a recent example that targets young learners.
Job Aid 2
Styles vary according to need. If you haven't jumped a car battery in a while, a simple set of images with text attached to the cables is much more effective than an explanation in the manual
Assessment
I worked with a company that had a separate department overseas without access to the LMS. All of our resources, needed to function independently.
Checklist
Job aids are great, but sometimes you just need a simple checklist that both summarizes and expands as needed for a quick reference to verify everything is in place.
