Using the ADDIE process I Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate each project from start to finish. From this, I am able to determine and deliver the appropriate media efficiently and cost-effectively from installation to training.
The main VTC areas covered are audio and visual conferencing, microphones and speakers, camera, control panel, connection, and display from simple projector or standard screen to smart tv and interactive whiteboards.

I have created numerous instructional videos, computer-based-training modules, and job aids on most every piece of technology I have installed. These help for just-in-time training and troubleshooting so the client has immediate access to solutions without needing a third party involved. These are custom created/modified micro-learning as not every setup uses the same technology.

Complete with iPad teleprompter, multiple camera angles, square/round lighting, real-time audio mixing, and intro/outro videos, I have set up and run live-streamed professional grade announcements, classes, and various other media messages.

LIVE EVENT
Media Mixing
I have setup and run multiple live events complete with 64 channel mixers, full-stage sound equipment, various AV tower sequences, live camera angles, and real-time streaming. I am familiar with both digital and analog sounds boards (as well as audiometers) and do my own pre and post editing.
